Beginning his career as a rock star seems
unusual, but Professor Brian Cox OBE was
the keyboard player with 90s band D:Ream,
before obtaining a first class degree in
physics at Manchester University. Amidst
presenting many popular scientific TV shows
and giving talks around the globe, Brian
works in Geneva on the ATLAS experiment
at the large Hadron Collider.
